What Items Are Returnable?
You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
Item must be in its original condition
Item must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
Item must be returned in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and labels)
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) must be included in the package
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Free gifts or promotional items
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Products damaged due to mishandling or improper use
Opened or used electronic accessories (e.g., cables, adapters, earbuds, etc.)
Are There Any Return Charges?
There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email our support team at info@shopvendorllc.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original box, including all accessories, manuals, and your proof of purchase.
Ship the package to the return address provided by our team and share the tracking number once dispatched.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
